Do I have to sign a contract?

No. The commitment you make is to yourself. I prefer that my clients make a commitment to themselves for a minimum of six months of coaching, and to pay for each month in advance.

How long does a coaching session last?

Typically around 45-50 minutes, no more than an hour.

What do we talk about in a session?

The relationship between coach and client is one of peers. Our coaching sessions are always about the issues and topics you want to discuss. I will listen, reflect, ask questions, give perspectives and offer options. I will support you, believe in you, and celebrate your success and growth.

What is coaching anyway?

Coaching is a highly effective way of problem-solving, providing accountability, focus, action orientation, and objectivity to help you attain your goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or treatment.

Successful people of all types who want to attain more, simplify their lives, gain more balance, and have great relationships.

How should I select a coach?

When you hire a coach, you are making an investment in yourself and your future. Your coach should be someone you feel comfortable relating to, who listens and focuses on your needs, who provides support, encouragement, objectivity, and who challenges you. In short, there should be a connection between you that allows you to move quickly to your goals. Other important considerations are the price of services, flexibility of scheduling, and the responsiveness of your coach.

Is coaching expensive?

Not at all. Coaching is an investment in yourself. If you have ever spent money on personal wellness such as chiropractic treatments, massage, fitness clubs, personal trainers, aromatherapy, spa treatments, hypnotherapy, or weight loss or diet regimens, then you already know the value of investing in yourself. Our coaching fees are a great value as an investment in yourself.
